Our Vision

At Select Strategies our vision is simple - we want to make growth happen for our clients, our industry and ourselves. We follow three guiding principles to help make this vision a reality.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY...

"I have found in Paul a trusted advisor and confidant. Sharp insight combined with smooth, clarifying process."
Sean O'Sullivan, SOSventures

"Paul's understanding of business challenges sets him apart from the rest of the field. Throughout his engagements with DIT we have found him to consistently over-deliver, surprise and delight. On a satisfaction scale we would rate as 'excessively satisfied'."
Louise Leonard, International Selling Programme, Programme Manager, DIT.

"There are books that tell you what to do and there are books that show you what to do. The Business Battlecard shows you what to do. It gives you the simple, practicaltools which you need to manage and grow your business."
Riaz Merchant, President, Mertech Data Systems, FL, USA

Always deliver results

Every project we undertake and every piece of advice we give is only done if we genuinely feel we can make a difference and help make growth happen. If we don't think we can help we will walk away - it's as simple and straightforward as that.

Match ambition with realism

We pride ourselves on asking the tough questions. We are committed to telling clients what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear. Only then do we help devise plans and strategies to overcome the commercial challenges, be they internal or external that need to be addressed to make growth happen.

Share what you know

Collective success results in thriving business economies. So where we can we are committed to sharing what we know with others. For example we pool our knowledge, expertise and cross sector exposure to author business publications such as "The Business Battlecard" and "Select Selling" to provide others with insight into winning moves for growing companies.

In addition we invest both time and resources in promoting growth at an industry level. Such investments include chairing industry associations, through to providing boardroom support to growing companies and lecturing at some of the world's foremost business schools.
